شَهِدْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ حَجَّتَهُ وَإِنِّي لَبَيْنَ جِرَانِ نَاقَةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَهِيَ تَقْصَعُ بِجِرَّتِهَا وَلُعَابُهَا يَسِيلُ بَيْنَ كَتِفَيَّ فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ «أَلَا إِنَّ اللهَ قَدْ أَعْطَى كُلَّ ذِي حَقٍّ حَقَّهُ أَلَا وَلَا تَجُوزُ وَصِيَّةٌ لِوَارِثٍ الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ وَمَنِ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ أَوِ انْتَمَى إِلَى غَيْرِ مَوَالِيهِ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ وَلَا عَدْلٌ»

"إِنَّ الصَّدَقَةَ لا تَحِلُّ لي، وَلَا لأَهْلِ بيتِى، لَعَن الله مَنْ ادَّعَى إِلى غَيرِ أَبِيه، وَلَعَن الله من تَوَلَّى غَيرَ مَوَاليِه، الوَلدُ لِصَاحِبِ الْفِرَاشِ، وَلِلعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ، إِنَّ الله قَدْ أَعْطَى كُلَّ ذِي حقٍّ حقَّهُ، لَيسَ لِوَارِثٍ وَصيَّةٌ ".
