السيوطي:٤٥٩-٤b –

"عَن حَفْصِ بْنِ غِيَاثٍ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ الكِنْدِىِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّه ابْنِ حَاتِمٍ قَالَ: قُلْنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ لا نَسْأَلُكَ عَنْ طَاعَةِ مَنِ اتَّقَى وأَصْلَحَ، وَلَكِنْ مَنْ جَعَلَ، وَجَعَلَ يَذْكُرُ السَّبْىَ، فَقَالَ: اتَّقُوا الله واسْمَعُوا وَأَطِيعُوا".

[Machine] We said, "O Messenger of Allah, we do not ask you about obeying those who fear and reform, but rather about the one who does wrong and causes harm." He said, "Fear Allah and listen and obey."
