"عَنِ ابْن عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى مِلْكِ يَمِينِهِ أَنْ يَضْربَهُ فَإِنَّ كفَّارَةَ يَمينِهِ أَنْ لاَ يَضْرِبَهُ، وَهِىَ مَعَ الْكَفَّارَة حَسَنَةٌ".

ذِكْرُ كِتْبَةِ اللَّهِ جَلَّ وَعَلَا الْحَسَنَةَ لِلتَّارِكِ يَمِينَهُ بِأَخْذِ مَا هُوَ خَيْرٌ مِنْهُ

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever swears an oath to harm someone and wants to fulfill it, then his expiation is to leave it (not harm the person), and with the expiation there is goodness."
