"عَنْ أَبِى المُلَيْحِ، عَنْ أبِيهِ: أنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ قَوْمِهِ أَعْتَقَ شِقْصًا (*) لَهُ مِنْ مَمْلُوكٍ فَرُفِعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى النَّبِىِّ ﷺ فَجعَلَ خَلاَصَهُ فِى مَالِهِ وَقَالَ: لَيْسَ لله شَرِيكٌ".
[AI] A man from his people freed a slave he owned, so he reported it to the Prophet ﷺ, who made his emancipation a condition for him in his wealth and said, "Allah has no partner."
أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ قَوْمِهِ أَعْتَقَ شَقِيصًا لَهُ مِنْ مَمْلُوكٍ فَرَفَعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَجَعَلَ خَلَاصَهُ عَلَيْهِ فِي مَالِهِ وَقَالَ لَيْسَ لِلَّهِ شَرِيكٌ
[AI] "A man from these two (groups) freed his slave, so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'He is completely free, as there is no partner to Allah.'"
أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ هُذَيْلٍ أَعْتَقَ شَقِيصًا لَهُ مِنْ مَمْلُوكٍفَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ هُوَ حُرٌّ كُلُّهُ لَيْسَ لِلَّهِ شَرِيكٌ
[AI] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever frees a slave owned by another, then his freedom is upon him from his wealth, if he has any wealth that does not have a partner with Allah."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ أَعْتَقَ سَهْمًا فِي مَمْلُوكٍ فَعِتْقُهُ عَلَيْهِ فِي مَالِهِ إِنْ كَانَ لَهُ مَالٌ لَيْسَ لِلَّهِ شَرِيكٌ
