"عَنْ عَلىٍّ: أَنَّهُ قَضَى فِى الَّتِى تَتَزَوَّجُ فِى عِدَّتِها أَنَّهُ يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا وَلَهَا الصَّدَاقُ بِمَا اسْتَحَلَّ مِنْ فَرْجِهَا، وَتُكْمِلُ مَا أَفَسَدَتْ مِنْ عِدَّتِهَا الأُولَى، وَتَعْتَدُّ مِنَ الآخَرِ".
