"عَنْ عَلِىٍّ قَالَ: مَا سَقَتِ السَّمَاءُ فَمِنْ كُلِّ عَشَرَةٍ وَاحِدٌ، وَمَا سُقِىَ بِالغَرْبِ فَمِنْ كُلِّ عِشْرِينَ وَاحِدٌ".
