"عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ: أَنَّ عَلِيَّا وَابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَا فِى الأَمَةِ إِذَا اسْتُكْرِهَتْ: إِنْ كَانَتْ بِكْرًا فَعُشْرُ ثَمَنِهَا، وَإِنْ كانَتْ ثَيِّبًا فَنِصْفُ عُشْرِ ثَمَنِهَا".
