" عَنْ علِىٍّ قَالَ: لِكُلِّ مُؤْمنَةٍ طُلِّقَتْ حُرَّةً أوْ أَمَةً مُتْعَةٌ، وقرأَ {وَلِلْمُطَلَّقَاتِ مَتَاعٌ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ حَقًّا عَلَى الْمُتَّقِينَ (241)} ابن المنذر .
