"أشدُّ النَّاسِ بلاءً الأنبياءُ، ثُمَّ الأَمْثلُ فالأمْثلُ، يُبْتلى النَّاسُ على قدرِ دينهم، فمنْ ثَخُنَ دينُهُ اشتدَّ بلاؤه، ومن ضُعفَ دينُهُ ضُعفَ بلاؤُه، وإنَّ الرَّجلَ ليُصيِبُه البلاءُ، حتَّى يمشى في النَّاسِ ما عليه خطيئةٌ".

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ was asked, "Who are the people who face the most severe trials?" He replied, "The prophets, then those who are most like them, then those who are most like them. When a person has strong faith, they are tested in accordance with their level of faith. And whoever has weak faith, will have weak trials."  

الحاكم:١٢٠أَخْبَرَنِيهِ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ فِيمَا قَرَأْتُ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَصْلِ كِتَابِهِ أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ غَالِبٍ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ ثنا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

سُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَيُّ النَّاسِ أَشَدُّ بَلَاءً؟ قَالَ «الْأَنْبِيَاءُ ثُمَّ الْأَمْثَلُ فَالْأَمْثَلُ فَإِذَا كَانَ الرَّجُلُ صُلْبَ الدِّينِ يُبْتَلَى الرَّجُلُ عَلَى قَدْرِ دِينِهِ فَمَنْ ثَخُنَ دِينُهُ ثَخُنَ بَلَاؤُهُ وَمَنْ ضَعُفَ دِينُهُ ضَعُفَ بَلَاؤُهُ» وَ  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَشَاهِدَهُ مَا

ذِكْرُ الْبَيَانِ بِأَنَّ الْمُسْلِمَ كُلَّمَا ثَخُنَ دِينُهُ كَثُرَ بَلَاؤُهُ، وَمَنْ رَقَّ دِينُهُ خُفِّفَ ذَلِكَ عَنْهُ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked, "Who are the people who face the greatest trials?" He replied, "The prophets, then the next best and the next best. People are tested according to the strength of their faith. Those with the most intense faith will face the most intense trials, and those with weaker faith will face less severe trials. Indeed, a person will continue to be tested until they walk on the earth free from any sin."
