suyuti:2757a –

“When food is served, take from the sides and leave the middle, for the blessing descends in the middle.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3277)   

السيوطي:٢٧٥٧a –

"إذا وُضِعَ الطعام فخذُوا مِنْ حافَته، وذَرُوا وسطه، فإِنَّ البركةَ تنزلُ في وَسَطِه".

That the Prophet ﷺ said: "Indeed the blessing descends to the middle of the food, so eat from its edges, and do not eat from its middle." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 1805)   

الحاكم:٧١١٨ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذٍ الْعَدْلُ قَالَا ثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ قَالَ دُعِينَا إِلَى طَعَامٍ وَمِنْ ثُمَّ سَعِيدُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ ثُمَّ مِقْسَمٌ ثُمَّ فُلَانٌ ثُمَّ فُلَانٌ فَقَالَ لَهُمْ سَعِيدُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ حِينَ وَضَعُوا الْجَفْنَةَ أَكْلُكُمْ قَدْ سَمِعَ مَا يُقَالُ فِي الطَّعَامِ؟ قَالَ مِقْسَمٌ حَدِّثْهُمْ قَالَ إِنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ حَدَّثَ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ الْبَرَكَةَ تَنْزِلُ فِي وَسَطِ الطَّعَامِ فَكُلُوا مِنْ حَافَّاتِهِ وَلَا تَأْكُلُوا مِنْ وَسَطِهِ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ صحيح
