"إِذَا نزلَ بأحدِكُمْ غَمٌّ أوْ همٌّ أوْ سَقَمٌ، أوْ لأوَى أوْ أزْلٌ فليقُل: الله! الله ربِّى لا أشركُ بِه شَيئًا، ثلاثَ مرَّاتٍ" (الأزْل: الضيق والشدة).
