"لا نِكَاحَ إِلا بِوَلِيٍّ وَشَاهِدَىْ عَدْلٍ، فَإنْ أَنْكحَهَا (وَليٌّ مَسْخُوطٌ) (*) عَلَيه فَنِكَاحُهَا بَاطِلٌ".
