لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ أَوْ سُلْطَانٍ فَإِنْ أَنْكَحَهَا سَفِيهٌ أَوْ مَسْخُوطٌ عَلَيْهِ فَلَا نِكَاحَ لَهُ

"لا نِكَاحَ إِلا بِوَلِيٍّ وَشَاهِدَىْ عَدْلٍ، فَإنْ أَنْكحَهَا (وَليٌّ مَسْخُوطٌ) (*) عَلَيه فَنِكَاحُهَا بَاطِلٌ".
