[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no marriage without a guardian and two just witnesses. If a woman is married without the consent of her guardian, then her marriage is invalid."  

البيهقي:١٣٧١٦أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ مُكْرَمُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْقَاضِي ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زِيَادِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ثنا عَدِيُّ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ خُثَيْمٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ وَشَاهِدَيْ عَدْلٍ فَإِنْ أَنْكَحَهَا وَلِيٌّ مَسْخُوطٌ عَلَيْهِ فَنِكَاحُهَا بَاطِلٌ كَذَا  

رَوَاهُ عَدِيُّ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ وَالصَّحِيحُ مَوْقُوفٌ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
