" لاَ خَيْرَ في الْحُبْشِ؛ إِذَا جَاعُوا سَرَقُوا، وَإنْ شَبِعُوا زَنَوْا، وَإنَّ فِيهِمْ لخلتْين حسَنَتْين: إِطَعَامُ الطَّعَامِ، وَبَأسٌ (عِنْدَ) البَأسِ".

[Machine] It was said, "O Messenger of Allah, what prevents the people of Habasha (Ethiopia) from coming to you, except that they fear you will send them back?" He said, "There is no goodness in the people of Habasha, for when they are hungry, they steal, and when they are full, they commit adultery. However, they have two good qualities: they feed the hungry and they are brave in times of distress."
