"إِذا كانَ أحدُكُم ثم نائمًا، ثُمَّ استْيقظَ فأرادَ الوضوءَ فلا يضعْ يدَهُ في الإناءِ حتَّى يَصُبَّ على يديه، فإِنَّه لا يدْرِى: أين باتَتْ يدهُ".

[Machine] Narrated by Prophet Muhammad ﷺ : When one of you wakes up from sleep and wants to perform ablution (washing before prayer), they should not dip their hand into the vessel until they have washed it, as they do not know where their hand has spent the night.

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If one of you is asleep and then wakes up and wants to perform ablution, he should not put his hand in the container until he pours water onto his hand, for he does not know where his hand has spent the night."
