[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever conquers a water source, it belongs to him." And Wahb ibn Baqiyyah said, "He is more deserving of it."  

الطبراني:٦٨٦٨ – حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ ثنا وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ ثنا خَالِدٌ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْوَاسِطِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ غَلَبَ عَلَى مَاءٍ فَهُوَ لَهُ» وَقَالَ وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ «فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ»
