The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: If anyone fights in Allah's path as long as the time between two milkings of a she-camel, Paradise will be assured for him. If anyone sincerely asks Allah for being killed and then dies or is killed, there will be a reward of a martyr for him. Ibn al-Musaffa added from here: If anyone is wounded in Allah's path, or suffers a misfortune, it will come on the Day of resurrection as copious as possible, its colour saffron, and its odour musk; and if anyone suffers from ulcers while in Allah's path, he will have on him the stamp of the martyrs.

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ قَاتَلَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فُوَاقَ نَاقَةٍ فَقَدْ وَجَبَتْ لَهُ الْجَنَّةُ وَمَنْ سَأَلَ اللَّهَ الْقَتْلَ مِنْ نَفْسِهِ صَادِقًا ثُمَّ مَاتَ أَوْ قُتِلَ فَإِنَّ لَهُ أَجْرَ شَهِيدٍ زَادَ ابْنُ الْمُصَفَّى مِنْ هُنَا وَمَنْ جُرِحَ جُرْحًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ أَوْ نُكِبَ نَكْبَةً فَإِنَّهَا تَجِيءُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ كَأَغْزَرِ مَا كَانَتْ لَوْنُهَا لَوْنُ الزَّعْفَرَانِ وَرِيحُهَا رِيحُ الْمِسْكِ وَمَنْ خَرَجَ بِهِ خُرَاجٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَإِنَّ عَلَيْهِ طَابَعَ الشُّهَدَاءِ

"Whoever fights in the cause of Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, for the length of time between two milkings of a she-camel, Paradise is guaranteed for him. Whoever asks Allah to be killed (in Jihad) sincerely, from his heart, then he dies or is killed, he will have the reward of a martyr. Whoever is wounded or injured in the cause of Allah, it will come on the Day of Resurrection bleeding the most it ever bled, but its color will be like saffron, and its fragrance will be like musk. Whoever is wounded in the cause of Allah, upon him is the seal of the martyrs."

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever is wounded in the cause of Allah, on the Day of Resurrection, his color will be like saffron and his fragrance will be the fragrance of musk. On him will be the seal of the martyrs. And whoever sincerely asks Allah for martyrdom, Allah will grant him the reward of a martyr, even if he dies on his bed. And whoever fights in the cause of Allah, his provision shall be that of a camel, and Paradise will be made obligatory for him."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ جُرِحَ جُرْحًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ جَاءَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ لَوْنُهُ لَوْنُ الزَّعْفَرَانِ وَرِيحُهُ رِيحُ الْمِسْكِ عَلَيْهِ طَابَعُ الشُّهَدَاءِ وَمَنْ سَأَلَ اللهَ الشَّهَادَةَ مُخْلِصًا أَعْطَاهُ اللهُ أَجْرَ شَهِيدٍ وَإِنْ مَاتَ عَلَى فِرَاشِهِ وَمَنْ قَاتَلَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ فُوَاقَ نَاقَةٍ وَجَبَتْ لَهُ الْجَنَّةُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever is wounded in the path of Allah, his scent on the Day of Judgment will be like musk, his color will be like saffron, and he will have the seal of the martyrs on him. [AI] He heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Whoever fights in the cause of Allah as a Muslim man, surpassing a camel's hump, then Paradise is obligatory for him. And whoever asks Allah for martyrdom sincerely from his heart, then he dies or is killed, he will have the reward of a martyr. And if he is injured in the cause of Allah or faces a calamity, then on the Day of Resurrection, its color will be like saffron and its smell like musk. And whoever is injured in the cause of Allah, he will have the mark of martyrs on him."

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever asks Allah for martyrdom sincerely and then dies or is killed, he will have the reward of a martyr. And whoever is wounded in the cause of Allah or suffers a calamity, it will come on the Day of Judgment with its color like saffron and its fragrance like musk. And whoever is wounded in the cause of Allah, he will have the seal of the martyrs upon him."

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever fights in the cause of Allah, the reward of Paradise is guaranteed for him even if his camel is lost, and whoever sincerely asks for death and then dies or is killed, he will be considered a martyr, and whoever is wounded in the cause of Allah or suffers a calamity, it will come on the Day of Resurrection as red as saffron, and its fragrance will be like musk."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ قَاتَلَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ فُوَاقَ نَاقَةٍ وَجَبَتْ لَهُ الْجَنَّةُ وَمَنْ سَأَلَ الْقَتْلَ مِنْ نَفْسِهِ صَادِقًا ثُمَّ مَاتَ أَوْ قُتِلَ كَانَ لَهُ أَجْرُ شَهِيدٍ وَمَنْ جُرِحَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ أَوْ نُكِبَ نَكْبَةً فَإِنَّهَا تَجِيءُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ كَأَغْزَرِ مَا كَانَتْ لَوْنُهَا كَالزَّعْفَرَانِ وَرِيحُهَا كَالْمِسْكِ»

[AI] He heard the messenger of Allah, ﷺ , saying, "Whoever fights in the cause of Allah, the value of a camel's hump, Paradise is guaranteed for him. And whoever sincerely asks Allah for martyrdom in the cause of Allah, Paradise is guaranteed for him. And whoever is injured or suffering affliction in the cause of Allah, it will come to him on the Day of Resurrection with its color like saffron and its fragrance like musk. And whoever goes out with a wound in the cause of Allah, he will be stamped with the seal of the martyrs."

"مَنْ سَأَلَ الله الْقَتْلَ في سَبِيلِه صَادِقًا مِنْ نَفْسِهِ ثُمَّ مَاتَ أَوْ قُتِلَ فَلَهُ أَجْرُ شَهيد، وَمَنْ جُرِحَ جُرْحًا في سَبِيل الله (أَوْ نُكِبَ نَكْبَةً فَإِنَّها تَأتِي يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ كَأَغْزَرِ

مَا كَانَتْ، لَوْنُهَا كَالزَّعْفَرَانِ، وَرِيحُهَا كَرِيحِ الْمِسْكِ، وَمَنْ جُرحَ بِهِ جِرَاحًا في سَبِيلِ الله) كَانَ عَلَيهِ طَابَعُ الشُّهَدَاءِ".
