[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Whoever pardons his opponent or forgives him will be in the shade of the throne on the Day of Judgment."

أحمد:٢٢٥٥٩ – حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ وَعَفَّانُ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ قَالَ عَفَّانُ فِي حَدِيثِهِ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الْخَطْمِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ الْقُرَظِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ نَفَّسَ عَنْ غَرِيمِهِ أَوْ مَحَا عَنْهُ كَانَ فِي ظِلِّ الْعَرْشِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ

darimi:2631 – ʿAffān b. Muslim > Ḥammād b. Salamah > Abū Jaʿfar al-Khaṭmī > Muḥammad b. Kaʿb al-Quraẓī > Abū Qatādah

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, saying, "Whoever relieves his brother of a burden or forgives his debt, Allah will relieve him of a burden on the Day of Resurrection."
