[Machine] "Do you think that I have taken away any of her rights? I testify that I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'Whoever takes a span of land without right, his neck will be encircled with it from the seven earths. And whoever takes charge of a people without their permission, then upon him is the curse of Allah. And whoever usurps the wealth of his brother with his right hand, may Allah not bless him in it.'"  

قَالَ لَنَا مَرْوَانُ انْطَلِقُوا فَأَصْلِحُوا بَيْنَ هَذَيْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ وَأَرْوَى بِنْتِ أُوَيْسٍ فَأَتَيْنَا سَعِيدَ بْنَ زَيْدٍ فَقَالَ أَتُرَوْنَ أَنِّي قَدِ انْتَقََصْتُ مِنْ حَقِّهَا شَيْئًا؟ أَشْهَدُ لَسَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنِ أخَذَ شِبْرًا مِنَ الأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهِ طُوِّقَهُ مِنْ سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ وَمَنْ تَوَلَّى قَوْمًا بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَمَنِ اقْتَطَعَ مَالَ أَخِيهِ بِيَمِينِهِ فَلا بَارَكَ اللهُ لَهُ فِيهِ  

[Machine] "Do you see me as happy? I testify that I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: 'Whoever takes even a hand span of land without right, his neck will be encircled with seven earths, and whoever becomes a guardian of a people without their consent, the curse of Allah is upon him, and whoever unlawfully takes the wealth of a Muslim by his oath, Allah will not bless him in it.'"  

أَنَّ مَرْوَانَ قَالَ اذْهَبُوا فَأَصْلِحُوا بَيْنَ هَذَيْنِ لِسَعِيدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ وَأَرْوَى فَقَالَ سَعِيدٌ أَتُرَوْنِي أَخَذْتُ مِنْ حَقِّهَا شَيْئًا؟ أَشْهَدُ أَنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنِ أخَذَ مِنَ الأَرْضِ شِبْرًا بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهِ طُوِّقَهُ مِنْ سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ وَمَنْ تَوَلَّى مَوْلَى قَوْمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَمَنِ اقْتَطَعَ مَالَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ بِيَمِينٍ فَلا بَارَكَ اللهُ لَهُ فِيه  

"مَنِ اقْتَطَعَ شِبْرًا مِن الأَرْضِ ظُلْمًا طَوَّقَهُ اللهُ يَوْمَ القِيَامَةِ مِنْ سَبْعِ أَرَضين، وَمَنْ اقْتَطَعَ مَالًا بِيَمِينه فَلَا بُورِكَ لَهُ فِيهِ، وَمَنْ تَوَلَّى قَوْمًا بِغَير إِذْنِهِمْ فَعَلَيهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلائِكة وَالنَّاس أَجْمَعِين".
