"عَنْ عُمَرَ قَالَ: فِى السِّنِّ خَمسٌ مِنَ الإِبِلِ أَوْ عَدْلُهَا مِنَ الذَّهَبِ أَوِ الْوَرِقِ، فَإِنِ اسْوَدَّتْ فَقَدْ تَمَّ عَقْلُهَا، فَإِنْ كُسِرَ مِنْهَا إِذَا لَمْ تَسْوَدَّ فَبِحِسابِ ذَلِكَ، وَفِى سِنِّ الْمَرْأَةِ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ".
