"عَنْ عُمَرَ قَالَ: فِى الْعَيْنِ نِصْفُ الدِّيَةِ أَوْ عَدْلُ ذَلِكَ مِنَ الذَّهَبِ أَوِ الْورِقِ، وَفِى عَيْنِ الْمَرْأَةِ نِصْفُ الدِّيَةِ أَوْ عَدْلُ ذَلِكَ مِنَ الذَّهَبِ وَالْوَرِقِ".
