"عَنْ عمرِو بنِ شعيبٍ عَنْ أبيهِ عَنْ جَدَّهِ أن عُمرَ بنَ الخطَّابِ وعُثْمَان بن عَفَّان كانا يقولانِ: إذا خَيَّرَ الرجلُ امرأتَهُ أو ملَّكَها وافترقَا من ذلكَ المجلسِ ولم يُحدِثْ شيئًا فأمرُها إِلَى زَوْجِها".
