"عَنِ الشَّعْبِىِّ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ بَعَثَ ابْنَ سَوْرٍ عَلَى قَضَاءِ الْبَصْرَةِ وَبَعثَ شُرَيْحًا عَلَى قَضَاءِ الْكُوفَةِ".
