"عَنْ يَحْيى بْنِ سَعيدٍ قَال: ذَكَر عُمَرُ بنُ الخَطَّابِ فَضلَ أَبِى بَكْرٍ الصِّديق، فَجعَلَ يَصفُ مَنَاقِبَه، ثُمَّ قالَ: وَهَذا سيِّدُنا، وبلالٌ حَسَنةٌ مِنْ حَسَناتِ أَبِى بَكْرٍ".

[Machine] Umar mentioned the virtue of Abu Bakr and started describing his qualities. Then he said, "And this is our master Bilal, a good deed from the good deeds of Abu Bakr." Al-Dhahabi remained silent about it in his summary.
