"عَنْ مُحَمَّد بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّه الثَّقَفِىِّ قَالَ: كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ: مَنْ كَانَتْ عِنْدَهُ شَهادَةٌ فَلَمْ (*) يَشْهَدْ بِهَا حَيثُ رَآهَا وَحَيْتُ عَلِمَها، فَإِنَّمَا يَشَهْدُ عَلَى ضِغْنٍ".
