"عَنْ عمرو بن شعيبٍ أَنَ عُمَرَ جعلَ التحجيرَ ثَلاثَ سنين، فَإِنْ تركها حتى تَمْضِىَ ثَلاثُ سنين فأحياها غيرهُ فهو أَحقُّ بِها".
