The Prophet ﷺ said, "No prophet was sent but that he warned his followers against the one-eyed liar (Ad-Dajjal). Beware! He is blind in one eye, and your Lord is not so, and there will be written between his (Ad-Dajjal's) eyes (the word) Kafir (i.e., disbeliever)." (This Hadith is also quoted by Abu Huraira and Ibn ʿAbbas).

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مَا بُعِثَ نَبِيٌّ إِلاَّ أَنْذَرَ أُمَّتَهُ الأَعْوَرَ الْكَذَّابَ أَلاَ إِنَّهُ أَعْوَرُ وَإِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ لَيْسَ بِأَعْوَرَ وَإِنَّ بَيْنَ عَيْنَيْهِ مَكْتُوبٌ كَافِرٌ فِيهِ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ وَابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Allah did not send any prophet but that he warned his nation of the one-eyed liar (Ad-Dajjal). He is one-eyed while your Lord is not one-eyed, The word 'Kafir' (unbeliever) is written between his two eyes."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَا بَعَثَ اللَّهُ مِنْ نَبِيٍّ إِلاَّ أَنْذَرَ قَوْمَهُ الأَعْوَرَ الْكَذَّابَ إِنَّهُ أَعْوَرُ وَإِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ لَيْسَ بِأَعْوَرَ مَكْتُوبٌ بَيْنَ عَيْنَيْهِ كَافِرٌ

There is never a prophet who has not warned the Ummah of that one-eyed liar; behold he is one-eyed and your Lord is not one-eyed. On his forehead are the letters k f. r. (Kafir).

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَا مِنْ نَبِيٍّ إِلاَّ وَقَدْ أَنْذَرَ أُمَّتَهُ الأَعْوَرَ الْكَذَّابَ أَلاَ إِنَّهُ أَعْوَرُ وَإِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ لَيْسَ بِأَعْوَرَ وَمَكْتُوبٌ بَيْنَ عَيْنَيْهِ ك ف ر

No prophet was sent who had not warned his people about the one-eyed. Between his eyes will be written “infidel” (kafir).

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَا بُعِثَ نَبِيٌّ إِلاَّ قَدْ أَنْذَرَ أُمَّتَهُ الدَّجَّالَ الأَعْوَرَ الْكَذَّابَ أَلاَ وَإِنَّهُ أَعْوَرُ وَإِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ لَيْسَ بِأَعْوَرَ وَإِنَّ بَيْنَ عَيْنَيْهِ مَكْتُوبًا كَافِرٌ

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'There was no Prophet except that he warned his Ummah of the liar who is blind in one eye. Lo! He is blind in one eye, and your Lord is not blind in one eye. Written between his eyes is: Kafir.'"

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ الدَّجَّالُ أَعْوَرُ وَإِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ لَيْسَ بِأَعْوَرَ مَكْتُوبٌ بَيْنَ عَيْنَيْهِ كَافِرٌ يَقْرَؤُهُ كُلُّمُؤْمِنٍ كَاتِبٌ وَغَيْرُ كَاتِبٍ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The Dajjal (Antichrist) is indeed blind in one eye, and your Lord is not blind in one eye. Written between his eyes is ‘Kaaf faa ra’ (KFR), which every believer, literate or illiterate, will be able to read."

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no prophet but that he warned his nation about the False Messiah, and I will tell you something that you should know: he is one-eyed, but your Lord is not one-eyed, and there is a letter written between his eyes: disbeliever, which every believer can read, whether he be literate or illiterate."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَا مِنْ نَبِيٍّ إِلَّا وَقَدْ أَنْذَرَ أُمَّتَهُ الدَّجَّالَ وَإِنِّي سَأُبَيِّنُ لَكُمْ شَيْئًا تَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّهُ كَذَلِكَ إِنَّهُ أَعْوَرُ وَإِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ لَيْسَ بِأَعْوَرَ وَإِنَّهُ بَيْنَ عَيْنَيْهِ مَكْتُوبٌ كَافِرٌ يَقْرَؤُهُ كُلُّ مُؤْمِنٍ كَاتَبٍ وَغَيْرِ كَاتَبٍ»

حَدِّثْنَا حَدِيثًا سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَمْ يَشْتَبِهْ عَلَيْكَ قَالَ أَجْلِسُونِي فَأَخَذَ بَعْضُ الْقَوْمِ بِيَدِهِ فَجَلَسَ فَقَالَ لَا أُحَدِّثُكُمْ إِلَّا حَدِيثًا سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَا مِنْ نَبِيٍّ إِلَّا وَقَدْ حَذَّرَ قَوْمَهُ الدَّجَّالَ وَأَنَا أُحَذِّرُكُمُ الدَّجَّالَ إِنَّهُ أَعْوَرُ مَكْتُوبٌ بَيْنَ عَيْنَيْهِ كَافِرٌ يَقْرَؤُهُ الْكَاتِبُ وَغَيْرُ الْكَاتِبِ مَعَهُ جَنَّةٌ وَنَارٌ فَجَنَّتُهُ نَارٌ وَنَارُهُ جَنَّةٌ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ قَدْ رَوَاهُ غَيْرُ خُنَيْسِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ فَقَالَ عَنْ جُنَادَةَ بْنِ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ عَنْ عُبَادَةَ

قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَا مِنْ نَبِيٍّ إلاَّ قَدْ أَنْذَرَ أُمَّتَهُ الأَعْوَرَ الْكَذَّابَ أَلَا إِنَّهُ أَعْوَرُ وَإن رَبَّكُمْ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى لَيْسَ بِأَعْوَرَ مَكْتُوبٌ بَيْنَ عَيْنَيْهِ كَافِرٌ

[AI] Narrated to us a narration that you heard from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, you have not forgotten it and it has not been mixed up for you. So sit me down, and some members of the group took hold of his hand while others sat behind him. He then said, "I will narrate to you a narration that I heard from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, I have not forgotten it and it has not been mixed up for me. I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'Every Prophet has warned his people about the Antichrist. Verily, I warn you against the Antichrist. There is no Prophet who has not warned his people about the Antichrist. Indeed, I warn you of the Antichrist. He is one-eyed, and indeed, my Lord is not one-eyed. Between his eyes is a sign written, "Kafir" (disbeliever), which is read by the literate and the illiterate. With him is Jannah (Paradise), and his hellfire is Paradise, and his Paradise is Hellfire."

حَدِّثْنَا حَدِيثًا سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ لَمْ تَنْسَهُ وَلَمْ يَتَشَبَّهْ عَلَيْكَ فَقَالَ أَجْلِسُونِي فَأَخَذَ بَعْضُ الْقَوْمِ بِيَدِهِ وَجَلَسَ بَعْضُهُمْ خَلْفَهُ فَقَالَ لَأُحَدِّثَنَّكُمْ بِحَدِيثٍ سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ لَمْ أَنْسَهُ وَلَمْ يَتَشَبَّهْ عَلَيَّ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَا مِنْ نَبِيٍّ إِلَّا وَقَدْ أَنْذَرَ قَوْمَهُ الدَّجَّالَ وَإِنِّي أُحَذِّرُكُمْ أَمَرَ الدَّجَّالِ إِنَّهُ أَعْوَرُ وَإِنَّ رَبِّيَ لَيْسَ بِأَعْوَرَ بَيْنَ عَيْنَيْهِ مَكْتُوبٌ كَافِرٌ يَقْرَأُهُ الْكَاتِبُ وَغَيْرُ الْكَاتِبِ مَعَهُ جَنَّةٌ وَنَارٌ فَنَارُهُ جَنَّةٌ وَجَنَّتُهُ نَارٌ

"إِنَّ ربَّكُمْ تعالى ليس بأَعْورَ، وإِنَّهُ -يعنى الدَّجالَ- أَعورُ، مكْتُوبٌ بيْنَ عيْنيْهِ كافرٌ، يقْرَؤُهُ الأُمِّىُّ والكَاتِبُ".

"مَا بَعَثَ اللهُ مِنْ نَبِيٍّ إلا قَدْ أَنْذَرَ أُمَّتَهُ الدَّجَّال الأَعْوَرَ الْكَذَّابِ، أَلَا وَإِنَّه أَعْوَرُ، وَإِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ لَيسَ بِأَعْوَرَ، مَكْتُوبٌ بَينَ عَينَيهِ كَافِرٌ يقرَأُه كُلُّ مُؤْمِنٌ".

"مَا مِنْ نَبِيٍّ إلَّا وَقَدْ أَنْذَرَ أُمَّتَهُ الأَعْوَرَ الكَذَّابَ، أَلا إِنَّهُ أَعْوَرُ، وإنَّ رَبَّكُمْ لَيسَ بأَعْور، مَكْتُوبٌ بَينَ عينيه كافر".
