"مَا أعْطِيكُمْ وَلَا أَمْنَعُكُمْ أَنَا قَاسِمٌ أَضَعُ حَيثُ أُمِرْتُ".

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Neither do I give you (anything) nor withhold (anything) from you, but I am just a distributor (i.e. Qasim), and I give as I am ordered."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said, "By Allah, I neither give you nor prevent you (from anything), but I am only a distributor placing (things) where I am commanded."
