"عَلِّمْهُم الشَّرَائعَ وَاقْضِ بَينَهُمْ، اللَّهُمَ اهْدِه للقَضَاءِ, قَالهُ لِعَلِيٍّ، لَما بَعَثَهُ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ".

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ sent Ali to Yemen and said, "Teach them the laws and settle their disputes." Ali said, "I have no knowledge of judging." So, he placed his hand on his chest and said, "O Allah, guide him in judging."  

الحاكم:٧٠٠٣أَخْبَرَنَا حَمْزَةُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ الْعَقَبِيُّ بِبَغْدَادَ ثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ ثَنَا شَبَابَةُ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ ثَنَا وَرْقَاءُ بْنُ عُمَرَ عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

بَعَثَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ عَلِيًّا فَقَالَ «عَلِّمْهُمُ الشَّرَائِعَ وَاقْضِ بَيْنَهُمْ» قَالَ لَا عِلْمَ لِي بِالْقَضَاءِ فَدَفَعَ فِي صَدْرِهِ فَقَالَ «اللَّهُمَّ اهْدِهِ لِلْقضَاءِ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ على شرط البخاري ومسلم
