"ثلاثٌ لَازمَاتٌ لأُمَّتِى: الطِّيَرَةُ، والْحَسَدُ، وَسُوءُ الظَّنِّ؛ قِيل: مَا يُذْهِبُهُنَّ يَا رسولَ اللَّه؟ قَال: إِذَا حَسَدْتَ فاسْتغْفِرِ اللَّه، وإِذا ظَنَنْتَ فلا تُحَقِّقْ، وَإذَا تَطَيَّرتَ فامْضِ".

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There are three things that are inevitable for my Ummah: envy, suspicion, and negative assumptions. A man asked, 'What can remove them, O Messenger of Allah, from someone who is afflicted by them?' He ﷺ replied, 'If you feel envious, seek forgiveness from Allah. If you have suspicion, do not investigate further. And if you have negative assumptions, divert your attention elsewhere.'"  

الطبراني:٣٢٢٧ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْقُرْمُطِيُّ الْعَدَوِيُّ ثنا بَكْرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ الْمَدَنِيُّ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي الرِّجَالِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ حَارِثَةَ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ قَالَ
