The Prophet ﷺ said about the woman having a prolonged flow of blood: She should abandon prayer during her menstrual period: then she should take a bath and pray. She should perform ablution for every prayer. Abu Dawud said: 'Uthman added: She should keep fast and pray.  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي الْمُسْتَحَاضَةِ تَدَعُ الصَّلاَةَ أَيَّامَ أَقْرَائِهَا ثُمَّ تَغْتَسِلُ وَتُصَلِّي وَالْوُضُوءُ عِنْدَ كُلِّ صَلاَةٍ  

the Prophet said about the Mustahadah that she should: "Leave the Salat for the days of her period which she menstruates in, then perform Ghusl, and perform Wudu for every Salat, and observe Saum and perform Salat." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 126)   

أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الْمُسْتَحَاضَةِ تَدَعُ الصَّلَاةَ أَيَّامَ أَقْرَائِهَا ثُمَّ تَغْتَسِلُ وَتَحْتَشِي كُرْسُفًا وَتَوَضَّأُ عِنْدَ كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ  

"تَقْعُدُ أَيَّامَ أَقْرائِهَا، ثُمَّ تَغْتَسِلُ، وَتُصَلِّى عِنْدَ طُهْرِها".  

"تَعتَدُّ أَيَّام أَقْرَائِها، ثمَّ تغْتَسِلُ في كُلِّ يومٍ عِنْدَ كلِّ طُهْر، وتُصَلِّي".  

"المستحاضة تدع الصلاةَ أَيام أقرائِها، ثم تغتسلُ وتُصلِّى، والوضوءُ عند كلِّ صلاةٍ" .
