"المسْتَبَّان شَيطَانَانِ يَتَهاتَرَان، وَيَتَكَاذَبَان، فما قالا فهو على البادى حتى يعتدى المظلوم" .  

[حم] أحمد وابن أَبي الدنيا في ذم الغضب، [طب] الطبرانى في الكبير [ق] البيهقى في السنن عن عياض بن حمار

When two persons indulge in hurling (abuses) upon one another, it would be the first one who would be the sinner so long as the oppressed does not transgress the limits. (Using translation from Muslim 2587)

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There are two devils that accuse and dispute with each other."
