"السُّحُورُ أَكْلُهُ بَرَكَةٌ فلا تدَعُوهُ وَلَوْ أَنْ يَجْرَعَ أَحْدُكُمْ جَرْعَة منْ ماءٍ، فإنَّ الله وملائكَتَهُ يُصَلَّونَ عَلَى الْمتَسحِّرِين".

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The pre-dawn meal (sahoor) is a blessed meal, so do not neglect it even if one of you just takes a sip of water. Verily, Allah and His angels send blessings upon those who partake in sahoor."

the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Suḥūr (pre-fasting meal) is blessed meal. Therefore, do not forego it, ˹rather take it˺ even if one of you is able to gulp down some water, because Allah and the angels send ṣalawāt (blessings) on the ones taking suḥūr."
