"عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ قَالَ: عُرِضْتُ أَنَا وَابْنُ عُمَرَ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ فَاسْتَصْغَرَنَا، وَفِي لَفْظٍ: فَرَدَّنَا يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ، وَشَهِدْنَا أُحُدًا".

قَالَ الْحَاكِمُ رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى «قَدْ قَدَّمْتُ فِي أَوَّلِ التَّرْجَمَةِ حَدِيثَ يَزِيدَ بْنِ هَارُونَ بِإِسْنَادِهِ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ شَهِدَ بَدْرًا وَهَذَا الْإِسْنَادُ أَقْوَى مِنْهُ وَقَدِ اتَّفَقَ الشَّيْخَانِ عَلَى حَدِيثِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ عُرِضَ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَرْبَعَ عَشْرَةَ فَلَمْ يُجِزْهُ وَعُرِضَ عَلَيْهِ فِي الْخَنْدَقِ فَأَجَازَهُ وَهُوَ أَوَّلُ مَشْهَدٍ شَهِدَهُ وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ»
