(1266) tirmidhi:785Maḥmūd b. Ghaylān > Abū Dāwud > Shuʿbah > Ḥabīb b. Zayd > Laylá > her grandmother ʿUmārah b. Kaʿb al-Anṣāriyyah

That the Prophet ﷺ came in to her (ʿUmaarah) , and she presented him with food. He said, “Eat,” and she said, “I am fasting.” The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “Indeed, the angels pray for the fasting person when people eat in his presence until they finish,” and sometimes he said, “until they are satisfied.”

(1267) abudawud:3854Makhlad b. Khālid > ʿAbd al-Razzāq > Maʿmar > Thābit > Anas

The Prophet ﷺ came to Saad b. Ubadah, who brought bread and oil, and he ate. Then the Prophet ﷺ said:

"afṭara ʿindakumu al-ṣāʾimūn, wa-akala ṭaʿāmakumu al-abrār, wa-ṣallat ʿalaykumu al-malāʾikah"

(May those who fast break their fast with you, may the righteous eat your food, and may the angels make dua for you.)
