Then at this statement do you wonder?  

Do you then marvel, in denial, at this discourse, the Qur’ān,
القرآن:٥٣:٥٩ –

أَفَمِنْ هَٰذَا الْحَدِيثِ تَعْجَبُونَ  

{أفمن هذا الحديث} أي القرآن {تعجبون} تكذيبا.
