And you laugh and do not weep  

and laugh, mockingly, and not weep, when you hear its Promise and Threat,
القرآن:٥٣:٦٠ –

وَتَضْحَكُونَ وَلَا تَبْكُونَ  

{وتضحكون} استهزاءً {ولا تبكون} لسماع وعده ووعيده.
