quran:37:32 –

And we led you to deviation; indeed, we were deviators."  

So we led you astray — the reason for which is given by their saying — indeed we ˹ourselves˺ were astray’.
القرآن:٣٧:٣٢ –

فَأَغْوَيْنَاكُمْ إِنَّا كُنَّا غَاوِينَ  

{فأغويناكم} المعلل بقولهم {إنا كنا غاوين}.
