quran:15:22

And We have sent the fertilizing winds and sent down water from the sky and given you drink from it. And you are not its retainers.  

And We send the winds as fertilisers, to fertilise the clouds, whereupon they fill up with water, and send down out of the heaven, ˹out of˺ the clouds, water, rain, so that We give it to you to drink, for you are not the storers thereof, that is, the stores thereof are not in your control.
القرآن:١٥:٢٢

وَأَرْسَلْنَا الرِّيَاحَ لَوَاقِحَ فَأَنْزَلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَأَسْقَيْنَاكُمُوهُ وَمَا أَنْتُمْ لَهُ بِخَازِنِينَ  

{وأرسلنا الرياح لواقح} تلقح السحاب فيمتلئ ماء {فأنزلنا من السماء} السحاب {ماء} مطرا {فأسقيناكموه وما أنتم له بخازنين} أي ليست خزائنه بأيديكم.
