Jabir b. ʿAbdullah (Allah be pleased with them) reported that when Asma' bint ʿUmais gave birth (to a child) in Dhu'l-Hulaifa. Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded Abu Bakr (to convey to her) that she should take a bath and enter into the state of Ihram.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَمَرَ أَبَا بَكْرٍ ؓ فَأَمَرَهَا أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ وَتُهِلَّ

"Tell her to perform Ghusl and (begin the Talbiyah)."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لأَبِي بَكْرٍ مُرْهَا أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ وَتُهِلَّ

“Asma’ bint ‘Umais gave birth at Shajarah, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ told Abu Bakr to tell her to take a bath and begin the Talbiyah.”

نُفِسَتْ أَسْمَاءُ بِنْتُ عُمَيْسٍ بِالشَّجَرَةِ فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَبَا بَكْرٍ أَنْ يَأْمُرَهَا أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ وَتُهِلَّ

“Asma’ bint ‘Umais gave birth at Shajarah, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ told Abu Bakr to tell her to take a bath and begin the Talbiyah.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2911)

عَنْ جَابِرٍ فِي حَدِيثِ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ عُمَيْسٍ حِينَ نُفِسَتْ بِذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ «فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَبَا بَكْرٍ أَنْ يَأْمُرَهَا أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ وَتُهِلَّ»

[AI] She was born in Dhul-Hulayfah, and the Prophet ordered her to perform ghusl and purify herself.

«أَنَّهَا وَلَدَتْ بِذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ فَأَمَرَهَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ وَتُهِلَّ»

"Tell her to perform Ghusl and enter Ihram." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 214)

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لِأَبِي بَكْرٍ «مُرْهَا أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ وَتُهِلَّ»

"عَنْ عَائِشةَ: أَنَّ أَسْمَاء بِنْت عُمَيْس نَفسَتْ بِذِي الحَليْفة فأَمرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَبَا بَكْر أَنْ يَأْمُرهَا أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ وَتُهِلَّ".
