النسائي:١٨٥١ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ أَنَّ قَيْسَ بْنَ عَاصِمٍ قَالَ

لاَ تَنُوحُوا عَلَىَّ فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَمْ يُنَحْ عَلَيْهِ مُخْتَصَرٌ

الحاكم:١٤٠٩ – أَخْبَرَنِي أَزْهَرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْمُنَادِي بِبَغْدَادَ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّائِغُ ثنا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ وَأَبُو الْوَلِيدِ قَالَا ثنا شُعْبَةُ وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى الصَّيْدَلَانِيُّ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَا ثنا شُعْبَةُ سَمِعْتُ قَتَادَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ مُطَرِّفِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ قَيْسِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ أَوْصَاهُمْ عِنْدَ مَوْتِهِ فَقَالَ

«إِذَا أَنَا مِتُّ فَلَا تَنُوحُوا عَلَيَّ فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَمْ يُنَحْ عَلَيْهِ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ «وَقَيْسُ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ الْمُقْرِئُ سَيِّدُ بَنِي تَمِيمٍ وَلَيْسَ لَهُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ مُسْنَدٌ غَيْرُ هَذَا الْحَرْفِ فَإِنَّهُ أمْلَى وَصِيَّتَهُ لَا تَنُوحُوا عَلَيَّ فَإِنِّي» سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَنْهَى عَنِ النَّوْحِ وَشَاهِدُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ حَدِيثُ حَسَنٍ الْبَصْرِيِّ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ فِي ذِكْرِ وَصِيَّتِهِ بِطُولِهَا وَلَهُ شَاهِدٌ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
