It was the night of Monday. He drank it on Monday and on Tuesday up to the afternoon, and If anything was left out of it he gave it to his servant or poured it out. (Using translation from Muslim 2004b)   

الكبرى للنسائي:٦٨٢٠أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ يَحْيَى الْبَهْرَانِيِّ قَالَ

ذَكَرُوا النَّبِيذَ عِنْدَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فَقَالَ «كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُنْبَذُ لَهُ فِي سِقَاءٍ» قَالَ شُعْبَةُ مِنْ لَيْلَةِ الِاثْنَيْنِ فَيَشْرَبُهُ يَوْمَ الِاثْنَيْنِ وَالثُّلَاثَاءِ إِلَى الْعَصْرِ
