[Machine] Umar said, "Whoever possesses forbidden property or possesses a forbidden womb, it is illegal." 4891 Amr ibn Ali reported to us, saying, "I heard Abu al-Walid say, 'I saw in the book of Abu Awana that al-Hakam narrated to us from Ibrahim, from al-Aswad, from Umar, the same [statement]."  

الكبرى للنسائي:٤٨٩٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ قَالَ

قَالَ عُمَرُ «مَنْ مَلَكَ ذَا مَحْرَمٍ أَوْ ذَا رَحِمٍ مَحْرَمٍ فَهُوَ حُرٌّ» 4891 أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْوَلِيدِ يَقُولُ رَأَيْتُ فِي كِتَابِ أَبِي عَوَانَةَ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَكَمُ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عُمَرَ مِثْلَهُ
