[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said, "Indeed, the strong person is not the one who overpowers people, but the strong person is the one who controls himself."  

الكبرى للنسائي:١٠١٥٦أَخْبَرَنَا هَنَّادُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ وَهُوَ ابْنُ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ الشَّدِيدَ لَيْسَ مَنْ غَلَبَ الرِّجَالَ وَلَكِنَّ الشَّدِيدَ مَنْ غَلَبَ نَفْسَهُ»
