[Machine] I was sitting with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in a gathering when a man came and greeted the Prophet ﷺ and the people. The man said, "Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah." The Prophet ﷺ replied, "And peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings." When the man sat down, he said, "All praise is due to Allah, abundant, pure, and blessed, as our Lord loves and deserves to be praised." The Prophet ﷺ asked him, "How did you say that?" The man replied, "Just as I said." The Prophet ﷺ said, "By the One in whose hand is my soul, ten angels competed to write it down, all eager to do so. They did not know how to write it until they lifted it up to the Possessor of all Might. He said, 'Write it down just as My servant said.'"  

كُنْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ جَالِسًا فِي الْحَلْقَةِ إِذْ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ فَسَلَّمَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَالْقَوْمِ فَقَالَ الرَّجُلُ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ فَرَدَّ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ وَعَلَيْكُمُ السَّلَامُ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ فَلَمَّا جَلَسَ الرَّجُلُ قَالَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ حَمْدًا كَثِيرًا طَيِّبًا مُبَارَكًا فِيهِ كَمَا يُحِبُّ رَبُّنَا أَنْ يُحْمَدَ وَيَنْبَغِي لَهُ فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ كَيْفَ قُلْتَ؟ فَرَدَّ عَلَيْهِ كَمَا قَالَ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَقَدِ ابْتَدَرَهَا عَشَرَةُ أَمْلَاكٍ كُلُّهُمْ حَرِيصٌ عَلَى أَنْ يَكْتُبَهَا فَمَا دَرَوْا كَيْفَ يَكْتُبُوهَا حَتَّى رَفَعُوهَا إِلَى ذِي الْعِزَّةِ فَقَالَ اكْتُبُوهَا كَمَا قَالَ عَبْدِي

The Prophet ﷺ replied, "And peace be upon you, and the mercy of Allah, and His blessings." After the man sat down, the Prophet ﷺ said, "Praise be to Allah, who deserves abundant, good, and blessed praise, as our Lord loves and is pleased with." The Prophet ﷺ asked him, "How did you say it?" The man replied exactly as the Prophet ﷺ had said. Then the Prophet ﷺ said, "By the One in whose hand is my soul, ten angels hastened to write it down, all of them eager to do so. They did not know how to write it, so they returned it to the Possessor of Majesty, Exalted is His remembrance. He said, 'Write it as My servant said.'  

كُنْتُ جَالِسًا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي الْحَلْقَةِ إِذْ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ فَسَلَّمَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَعَلَى الْقَوْمِ فَقَالَ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «وَعَلَيْكُمُ السَّلَامُ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ» فَلَمَّا جَلَسَ قَالَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ حَمْدًا كَثِيرًا طَيِّبًا مُبَارَكًا فِيهِ كَمَا يُحِبُّ رَبُّنَا وَيَرْضَى فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «كَيْفَ قُلْتَ؟ » فَرَدَّ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ كَمَا قَالَ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَقَدِ ابْتَدَرَهَا عَشَرَةُ أَمْلَاكٍ كُلُّهُمْ حَرِيصٌ عَلَى أَنْ يَكْتُبُوهَا فَمَا دَرَوْا كَيْفَ يَكْتُبُونَهَا فَرَجَعُوهُ إِلَى ذِي الْعِزَّةِ جَلَّ ذِكْرُهُ فَقَالَ اكْتُبُوهَا كَمَا قَالَ عَبْدِي»

The Prophet ﷺ replied, "And upon you peace, mercy of Allah and His blessings." The man then sat down and said, "Praise be to Allah, praise abundant, pure and blessed as our Lord loves and is pleased with." The Prophet ﷺ asked him, "How so?" The man repeated what he had said. The Prophet ﷺ said, "By the One in whose hand is my soul, ten angels competed in recording it, all eager to write it down. They did not know how it should be written until they lifted it to the Mighty One, who said, 'Write it down the way my slave has said it'."  

كُنْتُ جَالِسًا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي الْحَلْقَةِ إِذْ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ فَسَلَّمَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَعَلَى الْقَوْمِ قَالَ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ فَرَدَّ عَلَيْهِ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «وَعَلَيْكُمُ السَّلَامُ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ» قَالَ فَلَمَّا جَلَسَ الرَّجُلُ قَالَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ حَمْدًا كَثِيرًا طَيِّبًا مُبَارَكًا فِيهِ كَمَا يُحِبُّ رَبُّنَا وَيَرْضَى قَالَ قَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «كَيْفَ؟» فَرَدَّ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ كَمَا قَالَ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَقَدِ ابْتَدَرَهَا عَشَرَةُ أَمْلَاكٍ كُلُّهُمْ حَرِيصٌ عَلَى أَنْ يَكْتُبُوهَا فَمَا دَرُوا كَيْفَ يَكْتُبُونَهَا؟ حَتَّى رَفَعُوهُ إِلَى ذِي الْعِزَّةِ فَقَالَ اكْتُبُوهَا كَمَا قَالَ عَبْدِي  

"والَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدهِ لَقَدْ ابتَدرَهَا عَشرةُ آلافِ مَلَك كُلُّهُم حَرِيصٌ عَلَى أَنْ يَكْتُبَها، فَمَا دَروا كَيفَ يكْتُبونَها حَتَّى رَفَعُوهَا إِلَى ذي العِزَّة فَقَال: اكتُبوها كَمَا قَال عَبدِي، يعنِي الحَمْدُ للهِ حَمدًا طَيِّبًا مُبَارَكًا، كَمَا يُحِبُّ رَبُّنَا أَنْ يُحْمَدَ، ويَنْبَغِي لَهُ. ولَفظ حب "كما يحبُ ربُّنا ويَرْضى".
