Yahya related to me from Malik from Said ibn Abi Said al-Maqburi that Abu Hurayra forbade anyone to follow him with a burning torch after his death. Yahya said, "I heard Malik disapprove of that."  

مالك:١٦-١٤وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّهُ نَهَى أَنْ يُتْبَعَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهِ بِنَارٍ قَالَ يَحْيَى

سَمِعْتُ مَالِكًا يَكْرَهُ ذَلِكَ

الدارمي:٣١٥٦حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ سُئِلَ عَنْ وَلَدِ زِنَا يَمُوتُ قَالَ «إِنْ كَانَ ابْنَ عَرَبِيَّةٍ وَرِثَتْ أُمُّهُ الثُّلُثَ وَجُعِلَ بَقِيَّةُ مَالِهِ فِي بَيْتِ الْمَالِ وَإِنْ كَانَ ابْنَ مَوْلَاةٍ وَرِثَتْ أُمُّهُ الثُّلُثَ وَوَرِثَ مَوَالِيهَا الَّذِينَ أَعْتَقُوهَا مَا بَقِيَ» قَالَ مَرْوَانُ

وَسَمِعْتُ مَالِكًا «يَقُولُ ذَلِكَ»
