Yahya related to me from Malik from Abdullah ibn Abi Bakr ibn Hazm that in a letter that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent to Amr ibn Hazm it said that no-one should touch the Qur'an unless he was pure.
أَنَّ فِي الْكِتَابِ الَّذِي كَتَبَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لِعَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ أَنْ لاَ يَمَسَّ الْقُرْآنَ إِلاَّ طَاهِرٌ

[Machine] It was in the book of the Prophet ﷺ to Amr ibn Hazm, "Do not touch the Quran except while you are in a state of purification."
كَانَ فِي كِتَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ لِعَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ أَنْ لَا تَمَسَّ الْقُرْآنَ إِلَّا عَلَى طُهْرٍ
[Machine] "That in the book which was written by the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to Amr ibn Hazm, and in the Ma'mumah a third of the soul, and in the Jaa'ifah its equivalent."
أَنَّ فِي الْكِتَابِ الَّذِي كَتَبَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لِعَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ وَفِي الْمَأْمُومَةِ ثُلُثُ النَّفْسِ وَفِي الْجَائِفَةِ مِثْلُهَا
[Machine] Indeed, in the book that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ wrote for 'Amr ibn Hazm, it is mentioned that in the nose, if it becomes clogged, one should inhale the smoke of one hundred camels.
أَنَّ فِي الْكِتَابِ الَّذِي كَتَبَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لِعَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ وَفِي الْأَنْفِ إِذَا أُوعِيَ جَدْعًا مِائَةٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ
