"The Messenger of Allah was asked about menstrual blood that gets on clothing. He said: 'Rub it off, wash it and perform prayer in (the garment).'"
سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ دَمِ الْحَيْضِ يَكُونُ فِي الثَّوْبِ قَالَ اقْرُصِيهِ وَاغْسِلِيهِ وَصَلِّي فِيهِ
I asked the Prophet ﷺ about the blood of menstruation on the clothe. He said: Erase it off with a piece of wood and then wash it away with water and the leaves of the lote-tree.
سَمِعْتُ أُمَّ قَيْسٍ بِنْتَ مِحْصَنٍ تَقُولُ سَأَلْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عَنْ دَمِ الْحَيْضِ يَكُونُ فِي الثَّوْبِ قَالَ حُكِّيهِ بِضِلْعٍ وَاغْسِلِيهِ بِمَاءٍ وَسِدْرٍ
"I heard Umm Qais bint Mihsan say that she asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about menstrual blood that gets on one's clothes. He said: 'Scratch it with a stick and wash it with water and lotus leaves.'"
أَنَّهَا سَأَلَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ دَمِ الْحَيْضِ يُصِيبُ الثَّوْبَ قَالَ حُكِّيهِ بِضِلَعٍ وَاغْسِلِيهِ بِمَاءٍ وَسِدْرٍ
"Scratch it, then rub it with water, then sprinkle water over it, and pray in it."
