"A man is not to undersell his brother, nor is he to fry to outhaggle his brother."  

ابن ماجة:٢١٧٢حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَبِيعُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ وَلاَ يَسُومُ عَلَى سَوْمِ أَخِيهِ

A person should not enter into a transaction when his brother (had already entered into but not finalised), and he should not make proposal of marriage upon the proposal already made by his brother, until he permits it.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَبِعِ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ وَلاَ يَخْطُبْ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ إِلاَّ أَنْ يَأْذَنَ لَهُ

"Do not urge someone to cancel a sale he has already agreed upon so as to sell him your own goods, unless he bys or changes his mind."  

النسائي:٤٥٠٤أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَبِيعُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ حَتَّى يَبْتَاعَ أَوْ يَذَرَ

A man must not make proposal of marriage to a woman when his brother has done so already. And he must not offer a price for a thing for which his brother had already offered a price; and a woman must not be combined in marriage with her father's sister, nor with her mother's sister, and a woman must not ask to have her sister divorced in order to deprive her of what belongs to her, but she must marry, because she will have what Allah has decreed for her. عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا يَسُومُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَىسَوْمِ أَخِيهِ وَلَا يَخْطُبْ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ

[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said: "A man should not outbid his brother's bidding, nor propose to a woman who has already been proposed to."

Abu Hurairah reported the Apostle of Allaah ﷺ as saying “ A man should not seek the hand of a woman in marriage when his brother has already sought her hand.” (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2080)

[Machine] A man should not compete with his brother's bid, nor propose to his brother's betrothed. Hisham raised it.
